It’s 6:00 AM, and your alarm clock buzzes with a determination stronger than your will to stay in bed.
Obviously, Productivity gurus insist this is the golden hour — the perfect time to plan, hustle, and win the day.
Yet, there you are, negotiating with yourself like kid Shashwat refusing to eat green vegetables (Jk, I was a good kid)
It’s 6:00 PM, and you have worked hard throughout the day, and now you want to mindlessly scroll Instagram, but Productivity Gurus say you can’t because it isn’t productive.
A day of resting or pausing, and you think you have spoiled everything. Are you that person? :)
Look, I’ll tell you what my imaginary girlfriend always tells me:
Productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters.
And sometimes, what matters is learning to laugh with your imaginary girlfriend over a cup of coffee and a half-finished to-do list, too ;)
There’s something else, what she says.
Life isn’t a race to check off every box on a to-do list. It’s a series of moments — some productive, others not — that shape who we are.

- When your brains say to you, “You’re falling behind,” you counter it with, “Behind whom?”
2. Start celebrating tiny victories.
3. Just set a few strict work hours, sports hour and family hour. Chill otherwise.
You can use the Pomodoro Technique, Eisenhower Matrix and so on too.
And don’t forget to Take It Easy :))
