I am talking from experience…
Ever since I’ve started living alone, I have struggled with waking up on time, sleeping early, eating healthy, going to the gym. Oh wait, did I mention everything? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Alright, here we go with the tips without wasting your time:
1. Add a mosquito net and put your alarm far.
As someone who struggled with waking up on time in the mornings, this tip saved me. Summers were okay, but the hate during winter mornings was visible, but it worked wonders for me. I became more disciplined with my time, and I felt accomplished even before starting my day.
If you’ve ever fallen into the “snooze button loop”, this hack can change your mornings.
Simply place your alarm clock (or phone) on the opposite end of the room. This forces you to physically get out of bed to turn it off, reducing the likelihood of snoozing repeatedly. And when you have a mosquito net, getting back becomes even difficult.
2. Carry a Water Bottle Everywhere
Junk Food cravings are real. And hydration helps you reduce that.
You know how hydration is essential but often neglected, just like the nice guys in the society?
Okay, won’t get so personal.
Carrying a water bottle ensures you drink water throughout the day. And it curbs unnecessary snacking. Simple.
3. Make your phone your bestie.
No, no, I don’t mean that you increase your screen time to 12 hours a day. It’s the opposite. All you need to do is “Silence Your Phone and Place It Upside Down” for 8 hours a day, or use the DND mode with your priorities as an exception. PS: Not the person who texts you all the time, please.
Before going to bed, make a To-Do list for tomorrow (use pen and paper because striking them off later will give you dopamine) and use an online journal to write things you’ve achieved. Actually host your free personal website and write it off there. Six months down the lane, you’ll see it and regret or feel the urge to improve.

Alright then, I don’t think we need a conclusion here. This is a super quick read.
In case we are meeting for the first time, come over here and give me a follow, it’ll be worth the roller coaster of articles that are gonna come up in the next few weeks.
